About PEP
Our Mission
PEP inc.'s mission is to inspire organizations, businesses, and individuals to define Purpose, develop Excellence, and discover Passion through motivational presentations, training workshops, and organizational development programs.
Our Values
Beliefs we hold in such high esteem, and are so strongly committed, that they noticeably affect the way we think, speak, and act.
- Service: Long-term personal growth and advancement
are dependent on our contribution to other's long-term
growth and advancement. If we desire to be our best we
must be willing to be a servant to all.
- Spirited: We are all spirited, that is, we have intangible
parts of who we are that motivate us and make up our
character. Our lives find meaning and character fulfillment
when our spirit is recognized and developed.
- Enthusiasm: Life change occurs when we pursue it with
enthusiasm. A positive, teachable attitude is key to
long-term fulfillment and completing our vision.
- Integrity: Having integrity means we are committed
to matching our words with our deeds that what we say
and what we do are integrated. It means doing the right
thing when no one else is looking.
Our Beliefs
- We believe the personal and professional fulfillment of people happens when they are committed to a dynamic vision that operates out of a set of shared values.
- We believe focusing on a positive future reduces change resistance.
- We believe continuous improvement is the key to quality.
- We believe character is the greatest determiner of success.
Results
We focus on the intangibles for tangible results. Only 15% of the reason why a person gets a job, keeps a job, and moves up in their career is related to their technical ability (their proficiency at their task function). The other 85% is related to character issues (vision and motivation for personal growth, values, integrity, the ability to work as a team, communication skills, personal organization and self-valuing, problem solving/decision making skills, attitude).
Character
These intangible elements are the keys to employee and company progress. Since character is 85% of the reason for business and personal success, businesses prosper when they provide a focused vision, instill values, and provide training that builds and develops character.
Communication
Leadership's top priority should involve clearly articulating the vision and values of the company. This influences everything from the bottom line, to hiring; and from evaluations and promotions, to recognition and rewards. It also ensures the establishment of a solid reputation, and long-term success for the company. |
