Gerry Wienholt is a gifted speaker, consultant, and leader whose personal mission is to enliven the passion of people, leading them to excel in the fulfillment of their purpose and compelling them to accomplish extraordinary results. As the thirteenth of fourteen children, growing up with eight brothers and five sisters, Gerry understands the crucial importance of communication, teamwork, and the profound power of the individual to dream & achieve.
As President of PEP inc., Gerry has traveled nationally and internationally consulting with a variety of companies and organizations including McCormick & Co., Comcast Communications, Thomson Prometric, TechnoMedia International, Rolls Royce, WR Grace, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), University of Baltimore, PHH, and Mellon Bank.

As owner/operator of multiple quick-service, Chick-fil-A® restaurants, his units were consistently in the top 5% of the chain in sales and profits performance. For over ten years, he was known within the Chick-fil-A® organization for his ability to develop and coach key management personnel, who later became owner/operators of their own locations.
Early on, Gerry was gripped with the realization that all of us have a belief, a hope, a dream that often is tucked away and hidden for fear of failure or criticism. Consequently, he is driven to engage and compel his audience to grasp a higher vision for their work performance and persuades them to meet the challenge. There comes that liberating moment in life when someone acknowledges who we are and what we can be, igniting the circuits of our highest potential. Gerry Wienholt is that kind of person. His motivational topics include IMPACT Performance™ and The Passion Secret™. Gerry's obvious, upbeat zest for living is both highly inspirational and contagiously invigorating!
