Nicole A. Wienholt is an accomplished professional whose personal mission is to inspire others to embrace their potential, accomplish their dreams and experience the joy that is discovered through living passionately. An energetic, creative, charismatic individual, Nicole has a variety of experience in the areas of organizational leadership, business administration, corporate communication, and strategic planning.
Nicole’s professional background and experience led her to realize the importance of relinquishing fear and following a dream. This realization is rooted in her first-hand understanding of how fear can prohibit us from discovering what we really want, a conviction that has impelled her to enthuse others. Her positive demeanor and wonderful sense of humor, along with her professional competence, has made her a favorite among those with whom she works.
Early on, Nicole pursued her interest in the travel industry, graduating from The National Travel Trade School. Later, after graduating summa cum laude with a paralegal certification from the University of Northern Colorado - Center for Legal Studies, she moved into the Law arena for over ten years, focusing on Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Business, Corporate and Contracts.
Following this experience in the legal field, Nicole was hired by Bohemian Companies, a group of family owned real estate and private equity holdings that include the Bohemian Foundation, Stryker Sonoma Winery, and Bohemian Air, among others. Here she served as Executive/Personal Assistant to billionaire, Pat Stryker, (heiress to the Stryker Corporation fortune) for over five years. In this role, Nicole was responsible for managing the day-to-day personal and professional affairs of Pat Stryker, one of Colorado's more notable and influential philanthropists. Her background in both the travel and legal fields served her well in this senior executive support role.
In addition, for over four years, Nicole served as a Board Advisor for the Bohemian Foundation, a private family foundation in Fort Collins, Colorado, focused primarily in the areas of youth support programs, public awareness, and organizational collaboration. Nicole also formerly served as a board member for Bas Bleu Theatre Company and board member and Vice President for the Larimer Humane Society for three years. Nicole also completed a certification with Franklin Covey as a facilitator for their Writing Advantage® course.
As Vice-President of PEP, inc., Nicole travels nationally and internationally with business partner and husband, Gerry Wienholt, consulting with many organizations as co-facilitator and program coordinator, with companies such as Mellon Investor Services, GCA Services, Federal Reserve Bank, Maryland Food Bank, and M&T Bank. She also serves as a PEP Life Coach, which focuses on the development of Mission, Vision, Goal-setting, and Action Plans for clients interested in defining a personal / professional strategy for their life.
As a devoted yoga enthusiast, Nicole completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in March 2007. A vegetarian for over 20 years, Nicole’s passion for health and nutrition has inspired her to pursue a holistic, nutrition certification in 2008. |
